Purpose of Processing Personal Information
The purpose of processing personal data is managing customer relations and maintaining contact. Personal data is used for the company's communication, marketing and sales.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest belonging to the registrar to process data and communicate to contact persons of stakeholders about matters related to their area of responsibility.
Personal data is collected from the registrants themselves and from public sources, such as the internet, public websites of companies, network community services or other similar registers in accordance with data protection legislation.
Information Content of the Register
Contact person's name, e-mail address, telephone number, and, if necessary, address information and employer information.
Regular Sources of Information
The source of contact information is provided by a partner/customer by phone or email, or retrieved from public sources such as the customer's website.
Regular Transfers of Data and Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA
Information is not regularly disclosed to other parties. Information can be disclosed to the extent agreed with the customer.
Some of the services related to the processing of personal data used by the registrar may operate outside the territory of the member states of the European Union or the European Economic Area. In this case, the data transfer complies with the requirements of data protection legislation and, for example, the European Commission's model contract clauses are used when agreeing on the data transfer with the personal data processor.
Principles of Registry Protection
Care is taken when processing the register and the information processed with the help of information systems is properly protected. When registry data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital data security of their hardware is taken care of accordingly. The registrar ensures that stored data as well as server access rights and other data critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those employees whose job description it is to do so.
Right of Inspection and Right to Demand Correction of Information
Every person in the register has the right to check their information stored in the register and demand the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wants to check the information stored about him or demand correction, the request must be sent in writing to the registrar. If necessary, the registrar may ask the requester to prove their identity. The controller responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).
Other Data Subject Rights
A person in the register has the right to request the removal of personal data about them from the register ("the right to be forgotten"). Those registered also have other rights according to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, such as limiting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the registrar. If necessary, the registrar may ask the requester to prove their identity. The registrar responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).
